Le Moulin Pastelier is a unique and boutique style Guest House in the heart of the Lauragais, between Toulouse and Carcassonne in a calm and peaceful setting with views as far as the Pyrenees.
The property is a 16th century farm house that was originally a mill for crushing the yellow pastel flowers to create blue dye (known as woad in English)
Just 10 minutes from the A61 auto route and 40 minutes from airports at Toulouse and Carcassonne, Le Moulin Pastelier is a great location to escape to for a night or two. There are a wide range of activities and attractions in the region, so why not stay longer and see all the area has to offer.
